God is truly amazing! And what a blessing this prayer group has been.
My Aunt Sue was diagnoised with cancer in her right lung about a year ago. The doctors had to take her entire lung out and could not save it. She then went through chemo and all that ugly stuff that comes with it. She also had to be placed on oxygen due to the loss of her lung.
After about a year had passed, she developed a very bad cough. She went to her normal doc and he told her she had a cold and gave her medicine. But, my mom being a nurse and having delt with my doctors, she knew he was full of it (so to speak lol) and told her to get a 2nd opinion. The next doc looked at her xrays and told her there appeared to be lumps in her adrenal glands and he knew by looking at so many, it was cancerous. but he wanted to confirm, and ordered a MRI.
So, before she took her test. . . I took my Aunt Sue to the prayer group. They did indeed pray for her health and that her body be healed from cancer. Then we waited for the doctor to catch up (they are a lot slower than God).
My aunt took the MRI test and waited for the results. The results came back that my Aunt was cancer free and the doctor was amazed because he knew she did have cancer. My aunt was so happy, she called me (instead of my mom - her sister - lol) and wanted me to thank the prayer team for their prayers. I love the fact that she can now truly see the miracles that God does perform!
